On-line payment by credit card
On-line payment is the fastest and most secure method.
All our on-line payments are handled by Nochex.com who
provide the secure page on which you sumbit your credit or debit card details as the final part of the
purchase sequence. This is very safe processes employing an extremely high level of encryption.
We do not store your credit card details, in fact we never actually see them as they are only exchanged on
the Nochex secure page. You don't need a Nochex account to buy
online (although existing Nochex account holders are welcome to pay us this way).
Please DO NOT include your credit card details in any e-mail corresponence as this is not
particularly secure. We regret we are UNABLE to take telephone credit card orders.
Postal payment by cheque
If you prefer to post us a cheque then
please enclose a cheque from a UK bank made out to
"Dan Welchman Productions" along with your printed out order form. You can either type
your details into the form before printing or fill them in by hand afterwards.
Please DO NOT send cash through the post.
Providing us with your e-mail address is not obligatory
but will enable us to acknowledge your order and inform you when it has been despatched.
Please DO NOT send us your credit card details by post as we are only able to
process credit card orders via our secure payment page
Postage and Packing
We pay for postage and packing on all orders.
There are no handling charges or any other charges apart from
the cost of the goods themselves.
The price you see is the price you pay.
Security and privacy
We will treat your address, email-address and all other personal
details in the strictest confidence. We take a very strong stance
against spam (indiscriminate unsolicited bulk e-mail) and will never
"leak" your address to third parties. Senders of spam to any of our
email addresses are dealt with swiftly and severely.
Returns and cancellation
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will be
happy to replace it or give you a full refund. In either case the
goods will need to be returned to us for inspection (at our expense).
In the unlikely event that this occurs please e-mail us at
stating whether you prefer a
refund or a replacement and we will e-mail you with full instructions
for the returns process.
Books are zero-rated for VAT in the UK so
we don't need to charge you and you won't see any VAT entries on
